With 32+ Years in Customer Focused Sales and as a Licensed Broker in Charge in North Carolina, South Carolina & Georgia, ‘Big Ern’, as he is called, worked for fortune 100 and 500 Companies as a Sales Rep, Sales Manager, Territory Manager, or Region Sales Manager.  In his early years in sales, he took a lot of risks.  Some paid him well, while others paid out in lessons learned.   These risks helped push is sales career forward and hone his negotiation skills.  His leadership roles helped develop skills training and to coach his teams to be the best they can. Hi all... Big shout out to Ernie Becker (Big Ern) who sold our house this week for 19.6% more! When other realtors told us they could sell our house straight away for $380k, 399k and max $405k we took that as a sign of under valuing to sell quick for a quick payday for themselves and their agency. When I did the math, that extra 20% for the other realtors meant sell it in one day for $2000 less commission for the realtor versus sell it in 3 weeks for 20% more for the seller. Remember honest agents still want to work for you, to help you achieve what you want realistically. We wouldn't have earned that 20% in 3 weeks, so why would you give it away.
