Hi all... Big shout out to Ernie Becker (Big Ern) who sold our house this week for 19.6% more! When other realtors told us they could sell our house straight away for $380k, 399k and max $405k we took that as a sign of under valuing to sell quick for a quick payday for themselves and their agency.
