With 31+ Years in Customer Focused Sales and as a Licensed Broker in Charge in North Carolina, South Carolina & Georgia, ‘Big Ern’, as he is called, worked for fortune 100 and 500 Companies as a Sales Rep, Sales Manager, Territory Manager, or Region Sales Manager.  In his early years in sales, he took a lot of risks.  Some paid him well, while others paid out in lessons learned.   These risks helped push is sales careers forward and hone his negotiation skills.  His leadership roles helped develop skills training and to coach his teams to be the best they can.
